What’s the difference between ready-made and made-to-order items?

Ready-made items are already made. Made-to-order and pre-order items need time to be completed before they’re dispatched.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 14 days for all made-to-order and pre-order items to be completed and dispatched. Delivery time is additional.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the product’s size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary between children. For underwear, choose carefully: we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection due to hygiene reasons. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty.

How do I request a fabric for my custom headband?

Leave a note at checkout with the fabric you’d like. You can also request a headband to match another item in your order.

What’s included in a mystery undies bundle?

Each bundle contains three pairs in your chosen size. Fabrics are selected at random from what’s available, so the prints are a surprise. Ladies’ bundles also offer a choice of brief or boyleg style.
